Ace’n Agility Dog Training is the perfect place to start the learning process with your new puppy or dog!
GOOD DOG – MORE THAN MANNERS
For dogs over 4 months old and/or graduates of Puppy Head Start. To find success with your dog, you must first build your dog’s ability to focus on you in a distracting environment. Every week we will work on loose leash walking and come when called (recall) through the use of fun games. We will also cover the basics of crate manners, sit, down, drop it and door manners. All puppies under 1 year old, that complete this 6 week class are eligible for the AKC Puppy Star Award. Class is 4-1 hour sessions @ $100.
SUPER DOG – BEYOND THE BASICS
For dogs who have completed Good Dog – More than Manners (or have previous training). We move on to some of the more difficult skills, like recall, sit/down and group stays with distractions. We’ll also work on more challenging behaviors like “Park It”, and “Leave it” in group exercises. This class works on all the skills required to pass the AKC Canine Good Citizen test.
Prerequisite: Good Dog – More than Manners (or equivalent training)
AKC Canine Good Citizen evaluation on week 5. Class is 4-hour sessions @ $100 + tax.
